With over 20 years in finance, he shapes treatment models that are practical, scalable, and evidence-driven. He serves as the CEO of Alter Behavioral Health for Women and is the founder of Alter Behavioral Health. He also hosts the Alter’d Life podcast and created the BeWellLine and Mindfuli platforms to expand access to behavioral health resources. He helped secure a $5 million grant from the California Mental Health Services Authority, has been featured in Authority Magazine, and has spoken at the BHASE Behavioral Health Summit in both 2023 and 2024.
